His responsibilities included leading market analysis, underwriting financials, and providing comprehensive client deliverables such as market reports, broker opinion of values, and offering memorandums. His deep expertise in financial modeling and cash flow analysis was instrumental in guiding clients to maximize returns on multifamily investments. Additionally, Quentin played a key role in driving Capstone’s business development efforts and providing valuable insights that shaped successful sales strategies for numerous brokers and clients.

Quentin Nichols earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance and Risk Management as well as Real Estate from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. He has also attained the CCIM designation, further solidifying his deep knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate investment and financial analysis.
