Lauren Bresky

Lauren Bresky serves as managing director – Debt & Equity in the Dallas office, where her responsibilities include leading the office’s growth, facilitating primarily multifamily debt and equity placements and managing lender and borrower relationships for the office. 

Leveraging Northmarq’s relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA HUD, life insurance companies, banks, and debt funds, she works to source the best results for clients. She has been involved with closing several billion in debt and equity placements covering the full spectrum of property and transaction types.

Lauren joined Northmarq in 2004 as a financial analyst, was promoted to vice president in 2010, to senior vice president in 2018, and managing director in 2022.

She is a member of Folsom Institute for Real Estate at Southern Methodist University, which is her alma mater.
