Alan Sperling
Alan Sperling is a vice president in the Northmarq Fort Lauderdale office with more than 25 years of experience in land acquisition and development transactions in South Florida. His outstanding reputation has been built on multifamily and industrial land transactions for both outdoor storage facilities and small bay industrial use. Alan sources value-add multifamily properties for redevelopment in future growth areas throughout South Florida.
Alan’s specialties include land use and zoning for commercial land parcels within the fastest growing markets in Martin Counties, Brevard, Treasure Coast, West Palm Beach and Broward County. He has also represented private equity groups on many commercial properties for value-add opportunities in investment sales.
Prior to Northmarq, Alan served as a senior associate at Avison Young and senior associate at Colliers International. Before Colliers, he served as a commercial developer at PBC R-Ventures, LLC.
Outside of work, Alan participates in local non-profit organizations, including Food for the Poor, Boca Helping Hands and the Maccabi International Games Youth Baseball Coaching Division.
Alan holds a B.S. from Florida Atlantic University. He is an active member of Professional Commercial Business Real Estate Group of Plantation, Florida, Palm Beaches & Martin County Chamber of Commerce, National Association Mortgage Professionals and is a community association manager with over 100 units of multifamily real estate.
