About William

With nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience, William Rosatti is a senior associate of Northmarq’s National Development Services (NDS) specialty group, a comprehensive solution for home builders, developers and landowners nationwide.  

William’s services include raw land brokerage, covered land analysis (investment sale vs. redevelopment land sale), joint venture structuring, highest and best use analysis and structured capital origination (debt and equity). William leverages his background on the principal side along with his CCIM designation to provide financially sound advisory services to his clients.

Prior to joining Northmarq, William was a vice president with Edge Realty Partners in Dallas, where he focused on retail leasing and tenant representation. Prior to joining Edge, William was a vice president at JAH Realty for almost seven years where he leased the firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth property portfolio comprised of 1.6 million square feet and 16 open air shopping centers. His primary responsibilities included asset management, business development/marketing, vendor management and deal making (e.g., new leases, renewals, relocations, workouts, transfers and contract negotiation). Throughout his tenure, William executed 130 new leases and 250 renewals, which generate over $20 million in annual income. His leasing efforts supported a 95% portfolio occupancy rate upon his departure from the firm.  Prior to JAH, William was an associate at Avison Young, where he advised office and industrial occupiers throughout the US.

William is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He graduated with a B.S. in business administration from the University of Arkansas and obtained his CCIM Designation in 2018.
