Logan Phillips

Logan Phillips is a senior associate of Investment Sales with Northmarq’s National Development Services (NDS) team. Based in his hometown and the firm’s Charlotte office, Logan brings a breadth of experience from a career that spans the real estate, finance and construction industries. 

Prior to joining Northmarq, Logan spent six years growing operations teams in real estate PropTech and FinTech startups. During this time, he brought over $250 million of single-family assets to market across 30 metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs). 

Before entering the PropTech space, he spent time as a general contractor, specializing in targeted repositioning of office and retail assets in Washington, D.C. He also has developed luxury homes and neighborhoods throughout Charlotte.  

Logan is involved in his local community as the director of real estate for Activation Studios, an arts organization he founded that turns vacant buildings into affordable artist studios and public galleries. He also serves as a board member of the Villa Heights Community Organization and is an active member of both the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and CRExCLT. 

Logan graduated with a master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University and maintains an active North Carolina Real Estate Broker License.
