Allan Lynch

Allan Lynch joined Northmarq in 2021, following 15 years of industry experience at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. He focuses primarily on multifamily and institutional land investment advisory opportunities throughout the Carolinas and Southeast United States.

Prior to Northmarq, Allan served as managing director at JLL/HFF for six years, and as vice president at Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer, a Cushman & Wakefield regional affiliate. At C&W/Thalhimer, he founded the multifamily division and established a market-leading team within 18 months. Allan also worked for Engler Financial Group of Atlanta, where he was part of a team that closed more than $1.5 billion in investment sales and joint venture equity transactions, and spent time at Trammell Crow Company and Anglo Irish Bank in finance.

Allan received his Bachelor of Science from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
