Chris Schultz

Chris Schultz is currently participating Northmarq’s Associate Broker Program, gaining valuable experience learning from the Carolinas Investment Sales team. Chris is primarily responsible for sourcing new business opportunities in the private capital and middle markets segment of the Carolinas. 

Prior to Northmarq, Chris spent more than five years at CoStar Group. Chris started in CoStar’s Washington, D.C., office on the Apartments.com side of CoStar’s business selling and servicing online advertising solutions to multifamily propertly managers and owners. Chris then transitioned to the Carolinas CoStar Suite sales team where he provided information, analytics and marketing services to all virticals of commercial real estate organizations. During his time at CoStar, Chris grew strong relationships with his Carolianas based clients helping them maximize usage of CoStar’s products to mitigate risk, create efficiency and drive revenue within commercial real estate activity.

Chris graduated Magna cum Laude from Bryant University earning a bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration in management. During his time at Bryant, Chris was also a four-year member of the football team.
