Scott Fuller
Scott Fuller is vice president of Northmarq’s Carolinas Private Client Multifamily Investment Sales team, joining the firm in 2024 with over 10 years of industry experience. Scott advises private-capital multifamily investors and residential developers on their multi-housing and development holdings across the Southeast. Scott provides clients with valuation and strategic analysis, marketing efforts, offer procurement and negotiation services across core, core-plus, value-add and opportunistic transactions.
Before joining Northmarq, Scott served as director of multifamily investment sales at Capstone Companies with a concentration on North and South Carolina. Scott started his career at Legacy Real Estate Advisors in Charlotte where he was a top performing player-coach and member of the executive committee responsible for strategic direction and management of the firm. Prior to entering the industry, Scott served in the United States Navy.
Scott is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and has participated in the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors Leadership Class (‘20). Scott serves as a committee member for Ducks Unlimited, Charlotte Chapter, a philanthropic organization dedicated to the conservation and restoration of wetlands and associated habitats.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University in his home state of Ohio, with a concentration in Sports Administration and Marketing.
