Mary Grace Markgraff

Mary Grace Markgraff is a vice president of Originations for Northmarq Fund Management, where she is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and due diligence of new investments. 

Since 2020, Mary Grace has been on the Originations team at Morrison Street Capital, which merged with Northmarq’s fund management entity in 2024. Previously, Mary Grace was employed by an affiliate of MSC, Norris, Beggs & Simpson Financial Services as a loan servicer. Her responsibilities included escrow and financial analysis, bank reconciliation, payment collection, property inspections, payment of real estate taxes, assumptions and acquisitions, lease analysis, insurance requirements, payoffs, maturities, investor reporting and customer service for a portfolio in excess of $2.5 billion.

Prior to joining NBS Financial, Mary Grace was an off-premise sales representative at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, as part of E&J Gallo Sales Management Development Program.

Mary Grace holds a B.S. in finance from Oregon State University.
